Negative again

Updated review:
I keep having to delete and restart the game. It just wont load. When I reload it, the paid version isnt obvious. Are you trying to get me to see ads? I still love playing, but am annoyed to have to reset all my settings so often.
It worked well for the last year, and I love playing, but suddenly a new problem is the game wont load. I have had to delete and reload the game 5 times in nearly as many days. Annoying, but the reload fixes it, with no loss of games. I have to change all the settings each restart.
Nearly every recent "improvement" ruins the fun of the game. The two worst new features are including the full name of strangers, and clunky, inaccurate, impossible letter grab and drop.
