Disappointing frustration

I had played scrabble for years. The recent upgrades are so frustrating. The board is smaller. The new upgrades dont allow me to find my relatives and friends I had played with. I am frequently asked to log in yet again and therefore to complete the email etc. process too. This is disruptive. Then I receive a message that the password failed, etc and wind up creating a "new" me. Anyone I play with now is called "Guest" with a number. I called EA. After 44 minutes with someone who was sure she could help me yet obviously had no experience with this particles app, she transfers me to someone else who starts to sound helpful before the international sounding connection failed. I am tired of this waste of my time. This used to be a reliable, useful program we enjoyed. I have four guest games that have had no action over a month due to these problems. I cannot make a move on that board. I can make a move of the other one left. This is inconsistent and irritating. Not interested in wasting my time like this any more.
