Scrabble

Constant problems with the programming. Ongoing games lack letters that were already played on the board. The app was a pleasure for a long while. Now its very frustrating to play. I try reinstalling, calling the Help line manned by Electronic the Arts, ( which proved to be unhelpful). Nothing I try succeeds in correcting the problems. Why cant Electronic Arts just fix the bugs in the program? Or Hasbro?
