Please fix this app!!!

When I attempt to open the app it says "refreshing, but never refreshes. In order to play Scrabble, I must delete the app and reinstall it every single time. I have emailed support and called and spoken to multiple technicians to no avail.

This app has not been working for about 2 months, certainly enough time for EA to fix the problem that is affecting most players. EA, please FIX THIS APP!!
