Great game but poor programming

I enjoy This fun game and have made friends all over the world.
However it is fraught with many programming bugs. When dragging a tile into place, it often pops you into chat. It often will not let you put a like in a specific square. Often when you make a play it says updating server and hangs up for hours, but if you close the app and reopen it, it works fine. Games often load down with words that are not connected. Many more problems keep popping up.
This week it totally hung up on my iPhone. Closing and reopening the app didnt work. Rebooting the phone didnt work. I finally had to delete the app and reinstall it.

Lacking features:
Spelling correction on chat.
Word anticipation on chat.
Word definition on dictionary

With millions of users, you would expect EA to be more responsive to problems.
