Frustration and Disappointment

I have played Scrabble since I was young (Im now 74) and there is something in me that continues to hang on to this game in hopes that I can safely play it knowing each game will work glitch free. Most often the "play" arrow button begins its twirl and continues to spin on forever virtually locking up the game. Often words will appear disconnected and without the mother game in place. There is no guarantee you can finish a game with a friend without some freeze action interrupt a game. And .... somewhere in the last 18months one of the updates dropped my option to play a game with two other players. My two sisters and I played daily, both for the fun of the game and for connecting each day. It was a way we could check on the well being of each other every single day. Why is that option no longer available? How about dropping all these recent updates and go back to a very early edition of the game? And one last word; does it even matter if we Scrabble players take the time to write a review? Please do some serious thinking about the future of this age old game. Is it worth your time to make these improvements. There is honor in effort!
