Scrabble app review

I love this game !! The problem is that the App has many issues and its very hard to get to support team in order to correct it. Furthermore, when I finally did in one of the many many times there were technical difficulties , they were not very helpful unfortunately.
Tech support for this game needs to be easier to contact and they should be able to correct the technical issues. If they dont know how then who will???!!!
