WHY did I update?????

Because The prior app stopped working weeks ago. I could not get a refreshed games list on the phone, and then the same problem occurred on my iPad. I just updated and the iPad is a bit better- some games are there. But the phone is still useless. Dont bother to delete and reinstall the app. That did not wotk??

I dont want to tap even a half of a star but I cant post the review without doing so.

5/24/17: I dont want to Jinx anything but I think its fixed!! Per EA instructions (emailed) I downloaded new phone software (which coincidentally arrived tonight), turned off the phone, then turned it on, then deleted the Scrabble app, then downloaded the new Scrabble app. Please let it be true!!! Thanks EA!!
