Unreliable

This is a great app when it works, however it is unreliable and is often down, including 10 days in the fall of 2014 when it was unavailable across multiple platforms. Communications and updates from the powers that be during these outages is thin at best. This is not a courtesy app. Most users have bought and paid for it and get modest, unreliable return on their investment. Buy at your peril and prepare for frequent frustration!

2017 and I stand by this review. Just deleted and downloaded the app yet again! Many have abandoned the app out of frustration.
