Even after the person I am playing in online Scrabble is inactive for 5-6 days, i still cannot Nudge them. If I do, I cant initiate a Force Forfeit for several days.

Can someone at EA please do something about the fact a player on my Their Turn list has been inactive for over a week and I still cannot nudge him????
