Long term technical issues

As a long time player, I am disappointed at the relatively low quality of the App. Ive experienced configuration issues, and many identification problems logging in through Origin in the last year. This latest login authentication bug took weeks to fix, apparently stranding millions of users. My call to the help desk resulted in a callback the next day, just to be told that EA was aware of the problem but had no idea when a fix would be issued (it took 3 weeks!). I initially thought the issue was unique to me but now that my login has been restored Ive learned that the whole Scrabble/Origin ecosystem was off-line!

Every update introduces new bugs which leads me to believe that software quality and regression testing are sub-par. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER EA!! WE DESERVE BETTER!!
