No App Support!

I and my family members all purchased scrabble premium!!! The reason being we are living all over the U.S. Up until 6 months ago we all enjoyed playing against each other. Ive asked support for 6 months now in review apps and online at EA help. No one will help!!! All we want is to play the game we purchased at the App Store!! Not on Facebook!! You have broken our contract please fix!!!!! Thc
