Force forfeit bug fix

Update 10/7/17: nudge/force forfeit seems to be fixed, but only by clicking the “next” button which takes you to the game with your opponents most previous move (instead of oldest move, which would make the most sense since you don’t want people to force forfeit your own games (especially if you’re actively using the app.))

And now, the app randomly disappears when using the iOS app switcher.

STILL issues with nudge/force forfeit. Leads to an infinite amount of open games with people who gave up on finishing a game (which leads to further issues with lag/freezes, as well as the inability to create new games as your game limit is reached.)
