Constant connection problems

I find the game enjoyable and use the app quite a bit. However, I have never played a game with so many constant connection issues. No matter if Im using my phones network or very strong wi-fi, I encounter slow run times or nothing at all. Ive been trying to play a word for over 4 days now and it still wont connect. Ive even re-installed and nothing happens. All too typical for this app, really badly maintained
