Endless vowels, especially "U"

Is the iPhone version of the game programmed to give human users (playing against the computer) as many letter Us as possible? Im serious; hardly a game goes by that I am not given 3 or 4 Us, often at the same time. Guaranteed by the end of the game I will have more Us in my tray than any other letter. It just does not seem random.
