I love the game, but like many others, Ive had to remove the app and download it again in order for it to refresh and all my game mates were listed as guests when they should have been listed by name. This is an app I paid for. I expect much better from it.

It occasionally freezes but I love the game and the ap makes it easy to play with family all over the country.

I have to reinstall frequently to play. Please fix.

Since the last update it hangs on the games screen hopelessly failing to connect to fb. Have not been able to play at all. Fix this. Until then, zero stars.

Restarted the game. Restarted the phone. Cant play. Cant log in. Wished I liked "words with friends". Half way through my game, the first word played has simply vanished and when I try to play a word the game says "the first word must be played on the centre square". HOLY COW THIS APP IS GARBAGE!!! Why cant the notification to play be accurate? Why are there duplicate games? Why cant I see from the home screen when Ive been logged out of my origin account? Why cant it remember who I am so I dont have to spend time over and over again logging in for each game? My bank doesnt even do that. I can use my finger print. It doesnt even remember my username! Why wont it let me log in now? Why do previously played words not appear? Why do my friends show up as guests? Why cant these things after YEARS be fixed? WHY??????

Great app when it is working. Have had to delete and reinstall 3 times to get working again at times as it seems to get hung up with its connection to Facebook. Great app for connecting with Facebook friends that play scrabble. Good functionality with dictionary, last move, and teacher.

I was told by Tech Support to restore my I Pad to Factory Setting ! You have got to be kidding me ??? The skill level of this dude wont even register on the moron level . No stars for rating ! Terrible ! Terrible !

This version cant maintain the Facebook authentication, and I have to uninstall and reinstall it to get that to work again. Pretty close to JUST uninstalling it. Not good for an app with a cost associated with it.

Very disappointed in the app and am surprised it hasnt been fixed yet.

Nearly every turn I have to reload!!!! Please fix it. This has been going on way too long. I am just about ready to give up with this game. If you had a zero star rating that is what I would give you!!

First time it crashed I thought it was my fault. Deleted app...BOUGHT app again. Grrr. Has just crashed again. Really? Please fix this. Reading the reviews doesnt look as though Im alone here!

I have had to delete and reinstall twice this week just to get my Facebook games to connect. Please just focus on making the gameplay work! You have the rights to a great and simple game, stop screwing it up!! (Also the app lowers the audio volume on any other apps playing audio. Annoying.)

Great game and always there is someone to play against online. Very well done!! However, sometime the developer updates the App and it has all kinds of issues. Then they fix and all good again. Really good game - would totally be 5 stars if not for the real headaches the updates cause.

Have purchased game but am frequently unable to play as game will not open. Must delete app and reload to get game to work correctly. Do not like that I have paid for advertising free version but frequently see ads.

The current version must be removed and re-installed regularly for it to work. Not worth the money.

For a while now the game wont load! I have had to revert to Scrabble Free with all its ads! Please get it back to a reliable state! I love playing it but why all the troubles??? Thanks

I really like Scrabble and have played for years but other reviews are right it crashes frequently. Have to delete app and re load. Also miss peoples code names in origin which are now just numbers.

I love the game scrabble, but this app is beyond frustrating. You constantly have to uninstall and reinstall. You also have to login because it just logs you out whenever. And when you cant log back in, back to uninstall and reinstall. FIX THIS S*!T

But since I purchased the ad free ap it has many glitches. I often have to delete the whole ap and reload it to get my games back

This app has to be re installed once a day or else I cant connect with other players or see the games I am playing. Its ridiculous and has been going on for weeks now. Paid 4.99 for this! And 16 for the iPad. Come on!
