Have been playing this app for a while. New update is awful. Dont waste your time down loading this game! We have tried to contact support with no response. Very dissatisfied!!! I hope they get it fixed. I will redo my review if they do.

Are you jerks at EA or HASBRO even paying attention to the complaints of your customers. Fix this game or take it off the App Store. I advise everyone whos ever experienced trouble with this app to lobby Apple to take it off the App Store. All they are doing is ripping Apple customers off. If Apple wont do anything about it maybe its time for an Android phone. Lousy bunch of wankers!

I too love this game but it would seem that EA is trying to kill it. This latest update is so buggy I have to delete it and reinstall the app at least 2x a week to play it, and lotsa luck getting any kind of response from them. I would happily pay more for a working version with ANY kind of customer support when they break it...and maybe thats the play here- if they get enough addicts like myself crying for help they will finally fix it...at a price.

In the dictionary, please give us the ability to edit a word in the middle of it rather than having to erase the whole thing. Otherwise I have no complaints.

This is the 14th time i have deleted and redownloaded this app, for the price you better fix this nonsense. Each time you use the app offline without cellular or wifi, even if its just for a split second, it crashes and you cant play. It logs you out and wont let you back in. FIX THIS!!!

Good re-creation of the board game.

Ive had this app for years and it used to be so much better! The most recent update is painfully glitchy, and it crashes all the time. Ive had to delete and reinstall it twice in the past week just so it would let me login and continue to play my game!

Love the game when it works. Randomly logs out and need to delete and reinstall app to login again. Fix this.

For some reason it doesnt work anymore. Wont load. Wont open. I love this app, too bad it doesnt work. I paid $10. Is it that hard to update apps and then double check them to make sure that work? Hello? Bueller?

This is by far my favorite game. But for some unknown reason it keeps getting less functional all the time. It works terribly on my iPad Air2 but the app does work on my 12" iPad Pro. I have to re-start the app constantly on the Air 2 and I cannot get it to work at all on my iPhone 7+. Also, when it does work, it is slower to load than WWF.

The app keeps prompting me to rate it. This is beyond annoying. I have used the paid version of this app on both iPhone and iPad. Intermittently, the refresh for online games hangs indefinitely. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this, it appears, is to delete the app from the device and reinstall it. Doing this, of course, deletes all the game history from local game as well as the settings. Note this issue does not happen on my sons Android device. This is VERY DISAPPOINTING from a company with the excellent reputation of EA Games.

As others have said, stop trying for fancy. Make the app work. Unable to play for four days now. :/

Bought it. Hate it. Wont connect with Facebook. Or Origin. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling to continue games with friends. Dont bother.

Every time I try to play, I have to delete and download it. My friends and I love to play and have been doing so for years, but it is will and determination that keep us going, despite this terrible app and its useless updates. Please fix it! Give us function... Thats all we ask!

I agree with the other reviewers on many issues. Also, chat feature is a good idea but very sensitive to touch and I have inadvertently erased a thoughtful remark?. HATE, HATE, HATE the ads and would be more than willing to pay for an upgrade! Months later...very disappointing!!! Cant hook up with friends Im playing with. Get guests instead, though often the Scrabble board looks like one that I have been already playing with friends. Often I play a word in Websters but not accepted. This kills me! Tired of the constant issues will quit til some the issues are addressed.

Fun game but have to delete program and reload a couple of times a week.

Like everyone else, I enjoy playing Scrabble, but this App stinks. Right now I cannot Create a New Game because it gives me the "Oops youve reached the limit..." message, except I only have one game going, which was a rematch game initiated by the other guy, and I havent started a game in a couple weeks. Very difficult to use an app where you cant start a game. Nice work boys. How about hiring some new programmers?!

I have put up with this app for years because I love playing scrabble. But more often than not I cannot log in to access my scrabble games. Its very frustrating when it happens, and can last for weeks at a time. Ultimately its not worth the hassle ...

For weeks. No matter what I do. Please fix this. It logs me on for two seconds then nothing. Though I still get notifications saying its my turn. So frustrating.
