SCRABBLE Premium App Reviews

The last time I reviewed EAs Scrabble, it was a trainwreck...thank you EA for paying attention to users, and continuing to evolve this important e-game!!

I havent been current in taking updates to the scrabble app. It recently said it wouldnt load my game unless I took the update. The letters in the new update are smaller than before and I am having difficulty reading my tiles and the played word. Also I cannot make out what the teacher says I should have played. Please increase the font!!

I find the picture too bright and the speed of the teacher icon too quick. I barely have time to read the word and its gone, not allowing me to see how many points I missed. When you decided to upgrade the version, a message should have been sent rather than just not allow players to access the site for a few days.

Good. Love to play with my family on a daily basis ;)!

The update is fine.

I enjoy playing Scrabble with members of my extended family but what I really like is playing against the intermediate computer on the bus ride into work. Shes almost always easy enough to beat so its a great pick-me-up in the morning! The only setback with the new update is there is a lag when dragging tiles to the board.

When it works its great but there can be long lags, I get signed out and have to sign in again and eventually shut down the app and restart. Frustrating -- especially at the price point.

The score of the last play on the intro screen before you enter the game is often incorrect. Chat function doesnt work properly. If you initiate the conversation, the typed message does not appear unless you close the app and reopen it.

Bought the app to not have adds. Now I get f*cking annoying notifications telling me that "scrabble misses me" please make a setting so I can turn that dumb sh*t off. Update: fix the origin account logging you out every day!!! Please!! Its been years.

Not impressed. Anti free speech and downright creepy in 2016.

This game is great! And once they figure out how to let iPhone app users add origin friends without having to find a PC and download some program (not everyone has a PC these days!!!) I will happily give it 5 stars but until I can actually play with my family after spending $10 for an app it will stay at 1 star!!

I like Scrabble - a lot. I have two beefs with the current version. 1) The chat function is very outmoded and doesnt allow you to correct something without having to backspace through everything back to the point you need to correct. 2) Since I upgraded to iOS10 - the notication or badge or whatever it is that tells me that someone else has played and its my turn - does not turn off. So it said "2" up in the corner and I went in and played a word in 2 games. Closed the app. It still says 2. Means I have to open the app to see if its my turn to play. Lame.

Love the game, except that it freezes on me from time to time. Im using an iPhone SE.

Always an enjoyable game, love this app! Only glitch with update to ios10 is that the reminder number that displays on the app icon doesnt update. Other notifications are working well!

The latest version on iOS10 has issues. There is a constant number on the icon even when no game moves or messages are current. As well the game seems lethargic in loading and changes.

The game is awesome but the dictionary needs to provide definitions!
