Why on Earth does scrabble need to lower the volume of my music? This makes no sense because I have all audio from the game muted. This problem is infuriating. Update: now the app no longer sends me notifications. Tried reinstalling and no improvements. What an awful program.

Come on guys, you charge money for this. iPhone version doesnt work any more. IPad version seems to be OK. Fix the bugs!!!

Negative 5! This game makes up words that arent in its own dictionary. I expect more from EA! Fix it or can it!

Seriously, this app is the worst. It doesnt even function. Tired of the incompetence. Dont download it. Nothing but deletions, re-installs and headaches. What a joke.

Awesome e-version of the original board game. The updates can be buggy however and with the recent one I was unable to play until deleting and reloading the app. Otherwise I love the app as much as I love the board game!

Love the game Scrabble, sad to be deleting it because of having to constantly re-log in and the excessive disconnection issues and then not being able to log in. More frustration than pleasure.

Crashes, doesnt show plays, needs constant rebooting. Feels like the app developers are resting on their laurels and counting on the board game for sales rather than doing their job.

Would be nice if the app worked. Can you undo what you "fixed" in April?

Horrid horrid horrid- floating words, wrong scoring, turning app on and off and on and off to make one turn....and so much more. You folks should be embarrassed! Fix it!

Im very unhappy with latest upgrades. Have trouble moving tiles where I want them to go. Hard to connect with friends to play. Cant rematch an opponent. This app does not work well with iPhone 6s. About ready to quit playing Was my favorite app for many years but not now. Please fix!!! Now I cant even log online. No explanation as to why. Works on iPad not phone

My favorite app, but constantly encountering glitches. I play with online friends, most annoying issues: app frequently crashes, have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. Notifications suddenly stopped working, basically have to guess when its my turn to play.

Ill echo all the other bad reviews! One thing I havent seen mentioned is the absence of notification sounds. No longer get those but its enabled in settings. Go back to the old version. This update is horrible! Edit: 5/20/2016- Now after the last update I get random crashes after playing a word. When will you folks get this game right? Edit: 4/20/2017-Now notifications dont work! After update they stopped, started working on its own, now stopped again. Amazes me every time. Do you folks ever bother to test the "fixes" before you release it to the public? Oh, I forgot. You really dont care! Big company that puts out a crap app! Sad when you come to expect problems after an update. Ill wait for the next update to see what you foul up! Getting incessantly logged off and having to log on = pain. Often cannot log in at all.

As in, the way this game works. Love the actual game but so many technical issues. Lose the music. Did anyone ask for stupid music? Use to be able to swipe up and down to different games. What happened to that? So many connection issues. Ive had to reinstall countless times.

I love this game !! The problem is that the App has many issues and its very hard to get to support team in order to correct it. Furthermore, when I finally did in one of the many many times there were technical difficulties , they were not very helpful unfortunately. Tech support for this game needs to be easier to contact and they should be able to correct the technical issues. If they dont know how then who will???!!!

This app is total crap. If I were running EA Id be hiding my head in embarrassment. And all I play is Pass and Play with my wife...on a version I paid for.

These crooks have taken a great game - Scrabble - and put it in a buggy piece of software. I have to log in to Origin multiple times each day, sometimes each hour. The game doesnt reliably show me when my opponent has played, and it shows badges when there are no moves. And it crashes, crashes, crashes. The latest update (Spring 2017) has more glitches than before. Now half of the tiles dont show on the board. There are just random tiles scattered on the board no matter how many times I refresh. Im going to do what others have done - invite my friends to play on Words with Friends. That app works the way it should. There are many other glitches and annoyances. Im angry at EA every time I play.
