Update, now I cant log into origin. I know I am using the right user name and password and it wont log in. 1. Cant log into Facebook games on any of my devices! 2. Keeps logging me out of Origins and will not log me back in automatically. And now it wont load origin games either. 3. Tried to delete and re-install many times and WAS FORCED to go thru a STUPID intro. 4. Games only worked 1 time and then could not log in again!! Only way to be able to log in is to delete and reload the game. Hate this version, it is the worst yet! I want my money back!

I love scrabble. But this app is terrible especially considering the price. Ive had the app since 2007 and it has only gotten worse. You used to be able to play multiplayer games, the chat will just randomly disappear. The chat in general is just awful, if you write more than a couple words it stops showing up. There is also no auto correct so when you cant see what you are tying until you press send makes for some very terrible spelling and grammar. Anyways. Definitely not worth the premium price. I expect more from a name like Scrabble.

I give up!!!!!! I got email stating my password reset, no temporary password provided, use provided link (not clickable) to update password. Link doesnt work, had to use the "forgot password" option to change password. That done, now cant log back into EA scrabble, getting "incorrect username or password" message. As much as I loved playing online with friends, I cannot continue to waste so much time and energy getting this app to work.

EA sent an email that I had to reset my password. I did it. I know it works because I can log into my account via the web. I CAN NO LONGER LOG INTO SCRABBLE TO PLAY. Link to help site is no use at all. Theyve bricked a game Ive played daily for many years. Managed to get a support chat going. Timed out. Got back in and was told the problem is on their end - ya think???

App was great until this past week, when it would no longer allow me to login. Theres no place to reset a password & to get customer support I have to wait "104 minutes" for a call from them. Why no chat or email help? I PAID FOR THIS APP.

Keeps saying my password is incorrect for my Origin login, yet I can log into my other Origin related video games using the same password. Guess Ill go back to Words with Friends.

After playing for years Im locked out of my account with no way to contact someone for help. They make tons of money but couldnt care less if you need support. Dont start playing to only have to ever experience this nightmare. This is the second game of their brand this has happened to me and I despise them. Please at least refund my couple of bucks!!!!!

**App changes have greatly improved the Scrabble app. No longer asking for constant sign-ins; bugs virtually disappeared; removed the recall of tiles feature when a potential word was not accepted-they listened to their customers! Good comeback by Scrabble. Constant requirement to sign in is very annoying and a waste of time. On going bugs, game play delays are also very frustrating. Scrabble needs to get its software program up to speed and playable on a more consistent basis without the downtime. Stop the constant sign in requests! As of 7/17/14 this app is NOT WORKING!! Update: 5/26/15. Generally works ok BUT now there is an annoying, constant popup that states "Network Error- there seems to be a problem connecting to Origin." BUT I am connected to Origin and the only problem is having to look at this ANNOYING popup every time I play a current game. I have deleted and reinstalled this app with no fix. I have contacted Scrabble with no fix. This is why Words with Friends is a 100% better word game. UPDATE 6/3/15: this app continues to be frustrating and annoying. Never ever do they permanently fix technical problems. I continue to receive popups stating "No Network Connection" even though my wifi connection is perfect and EVERYONE of my other phone apps work fine. Words with Friends has far surpassed Scrabble as the much better word game for its technical superiority(it is Always working) and for its superb game play features like "Word Strength", and "Tile Bag." UPDATE 6/20/15: not working once again. Just a horribly inconsistent app. Continues to send popup Network Connection error messages when there is a solid internet connection. And now it just closes down. WWF is a 100% better word game app. Update 7/6/15: once again, the Scrabble bug is biting. Now it doesnt open, just goes back to Home. So frustrating and going on for too long. Its clear that a revamped platform is needed. 1/28/16 Update: this latest upgrade is a good improvement. More modern look with fixes to old problems. Suggestions: allow smoother movement of tiles from rack to board-many times I have to double click to make the board larger so as to place a tile. Thats annoying. 2/23/16 Update: 4⭐️ after the latest update. Very nice improvements in design & fixes. Only open item is not providing alert indicator when it is my turn. 6/29/16: very steady with no bugs which is a nice change from previous Scrabble app. The platform and software are very stable. Would like to be able to block players and make it easier to update photo. 8/22/16: app broken. States no network connection. Update 10/10/16: games completed section changed and now we dont know the identification number of a guest/random player we completed playing. Getting to c/s is impossible; they make it very very difficult to provide simple feedback without mounds of information. Hence, this update. 9/14/17: app requires constant re-sign ins. Why?? Annoying and frustrating!!

If you listen to music it will NOT drop your music volume in half. As soon as you look at something elses on your phone it blows your ears off yay!

The app has never been amazing but because I enjoy scrabble, the game, Ive used it for years. However even by the low standards Im used to, it has gotten buggier. When I type messages, if I type a message longer than the length of the field, I cant see the message. This on top of it already not supporting basic stuff like spellcheck. When I use the dictionary, half the time the X button doesnt respond. After I move from the dictionary back to the board, any tiles I have placed return to my rack. Probably most frustrating is that a lot of times I dont get notifications letting me know its my turn to play, even though I have all notifications turned on. This is simple stuff that used to work, so Im not sure what the issue is that this app keeps deteriorating.

Linx isnt a word?? An animal!! Some of the words are really out of whack! Xi? Qi? There needs to be a new approach to the English language. Canadian and British words should be included.

The latest update is much more stable but over the years this app has had issues with connectivity. When it works well its fun to play.

In the dictionary and chat, bring back the ability to highlight text/tap and drag the curser in the text boxes. Also in the chat, after typing so many characters, it stops scrolling to the right and you cant see what youre typing. Also, no auto-correct, or auto contractions. This ability has been missing for a while now and is useful when trying different variations of words in the dictionary. Getting notified, but still no notification sound.

Advertisements takes the fun out of the game.

Update 9/8/17: Game notifications have been working consistently since the last update. Thank you. Chat bar still not working. Also, please bring back the ability to see a guest rating before joining a random game. Either that or bring back the option to choose an opponent within a certain rating range. Fix those two things and Ill give you the last 2 stars. Update 6/10/17: Well, notifications worked for about 2 weeks, then it quit again. Now my chat bar only shows a few characters while Im typing, so I have to type without being able to see what Im typing. Im happy to see that they are working to fix the app, but so far the updates havent helped. --------------------------------- Really dont like the swiping to switch games. I accidentally switch games all the time while trying to place a tile. Also, really hate the no more turns window that pops up (even after it has notified me that it is my turn). 5/19: Notifications no longer work. There is a little red 1 on the app icon all the time, whether it is my turn or not & I have to actually open the game to see if it is my turn. Frustrating. Also dont like that I cant see the chat once a game ends.
