I changed my password per Origins request, but Scrabble keeps saying incorrect user name or password. I can login fine on the Origin web page. Other longstanding bugs... In the dictionary and chat, please bring back the ability to highlight text/tap and drag the curser in the text boxes. Also in the chat, after typing so many characters, it stops scrolling to the right and you cant see what youre typing. Also, no auto-correct, or auto contractions. This ability has been missing for a while now and is useful when trying different variations of words in the dictionary. Getting notified, but still no notification sound.

Started a game with a friend two days ago now cant log in to Origin to play. Changed my password, restarted my phone but no luck. Going to try Words with Friends. Maybe that will work better. Poor job EA!

For no reason I can no longer log in to Origin. Contacted tech support, they had no solution.

I finally managed to get play with friends working. Unfortunately I was logged out (because the game just likes to log me out every now and again) and now it refuses to let me log in. I have verified my email and password, deleted the app, restarted, etc. I can log in fine on origin.com. It doesnt seem too unreasonable to ask for an app that works - maybe origin isnt used much so it doesnt get the support it needs?

I recently changed my password on Origin/EA and now I can no longer log into my Origin account in Scrabble. I own the paid "premium" version of the game so this is extremely disappointing to not be able to continue playing against other real people via Origin. I can log into both EA and Origin online so I know the password is good. For some reason Scrabble refuses to recognize it. Its such a fun game but the app is virtually useless to me if I can only play against my phone. There also doesnt seem to be any way to get direct technical support on this game, so Ill have to settle for leaving this low rating and see if I can get some help this way...

As the title says. My id/password is fine because I can access the ea site with it. Come on EA! Sort it out!

Update: Cannot log in or access games. Games have disappeared. All attempts to log in have error message: "Incorrect email or password". (Old): They fixed duplicate game issue. (Older): Crashes less. Does not show opponents name anymore, always guest123. Requires constant re-login. Too many notifications for things other than "your turn". Too many requests to rate the app.

Ive been using the paid version for many years. Now every time I clear my cookies and clean my cache I have to uninstall and reinstall Scrabble. Incredibly annoying and frustrating. I never had to do this before. Scrabble obviously changed something in the app. But who doesnt clean the garbage-space hogging stuff from their phones????? Very disappointed. Please correct! ***9/18/17*** So, like Sylmar (another game user) I have ALWAYS had the problem with the game freezing upon opening, having to force close the app and restart. And its not using just one OS. It happened using Androids same with iPhone and on PC

For three days now cannot log in. Figured out how to contact and they called me. Said its a "server error" that the server was down. For three days??? I dont mind paying when I play the game a lot but scrabble has a lot of issues on a regular basis. Should have stuck to the free version!

Constant problems with origin connection Cant login in for the last week. When I could log in it would log me out every time I exited the game. No login save so I would have to type in name / pass every time.

The game is awesome, but the app has more technical glitches than I have ever seen in a game. They need a "bug" exterminator. However, they have fixed all of the glitches and it is an awesome game again! Thank you!

The product has been a lot more stable in the past 6 months. Credit where its due.

Good fun at work when theres little to do. Single player against the computer is a challenge.

Each time the EA team "updates" this app, something else goes wrong! The chat window was changed to take away the native iOS keyboard, rolling back functionality by two years. Now the input area doesnt take anything more than a few characters, so you cant see or correct what youre typing in a chat. The dictionary continues to be edited, taking out legitimate words that are included in the official Scrabble players dictionary, out of fear that people could be offended by the English language. I wish someone would take this game away from EA and give it to a company that cares about the game. EA is a terrible steward of this classic title ... and thats surely some of the reason Words with Friends has such a big following.

Login issue still present after update. This app is crap. What gives! I have had to reinstall app about 7 times. App works for about three rounds and then stops working. Dont pay for app until problem is resolved. Update September 2017, origin login not working with scrabble. Ongoing issue.

Cant log in!! Changed password and still cant log in!!!

Program continues to have lots of bugs. At times it freezes when attempting to make a play. The notification system has stopped working. At times the chat function will go blank. Fixing this requires unloading and reloading the app multiple times to get it to work. Sad

Ive been dealing with the bugs on and off for a while now because I really enjoy the game. Today I tried to take my turn and could not. I have been signed out. Upon trying to log in (using Origin) it says my email and password dont match. My scrabble buddy is getting the same thing. I havent changed my log in info for over 5 years. It was running stable for months. But another major bug strikes again. Ive never been completely locked out. Now I cant even use it. I hope they fix soon. I would give a better rating if they could stabilize the app for longer periods of time. Im using an iPhone 7 if it matters.

When this app works, it is fun. Unfortunately, it only works about 10% of the time. Almost everyone I played with switched to Words With Friends. No problems there. HASBRO should look into how their trademark is being mishandled. Currently unable to log in, 9/17/17, so, the app is useless.
