Really stinks!

5/21/17. Had to delete app from iPhone because it was stuck while trying to update. Now cannot get it to download from the App Store.

Best game ever! Has to be reset occasionally but so much fun when it is working.

App crashes constantly. I have had to delete and reinstall numerous times. Notifications have stopped working.

For weeks now, app just spins when open, no functionality. After the iOS update last week, thought app was fixed as it started to log in but then crashed and is now back to spinning and no functionality again.

Notifications started working. Then I had to reinstall to actually play my games. Now notifications broke again. Still get logged out of Origin randomly. Worst of all, they never fixed the updates that made the performance worse. Grabbing and dragging tiles is much harder, and the animation is sluggish, as if the update rate of touch input is reduced.

Every time a new version is rolled out, the app fails to work for several days. I had uninstall and re-install this latest go round. The app has problems with the list of games screens not reflecting whether opponents have played or not. Often, it appears the opponent has not played, but if you click on the game, you see the opponent has played. Pretty annoying.

Been over a month since I reported my issues and still it is not fixed. I often have to delete the app and re-install it multiple times during the day. Very frustrating, especially considering how much I play.

Love scrabble and playing in Facebook. Hate that I have to delete the app and re-upload because it gets stuck in limbo and I cant access my games. Happening every couple days. Otherwise great way to enjoy the classic scrabble experience.

Too much fancy animation If you have tiles on the board, then go to look at the dictionary, when you view the board again, it returns your tiles to the rack. Annoying

Always issues w network errors and games not loading since the upgrade. Great game but need to get new programming staff and stick w what works. Leadership, please replace yourselves.

Four years ago I left this review... Too many things to complain about . Not enjoying the "update". Today- disappointment continues as the game continues to not load, not connect to FB, crash during play, etc. Every time the game hits a patch of time where its working well, another update comes to worsen the experience. I try to play daily but often cannot unless I take the time to delete the game from my phone and then have to reload it from the App Store. It will then work properly for a few days.

Its working again. An extra star gets delivered if it stays working.

May 21- App was updated to fix problems but still doesnt work. Horrible. Original post- Since the upgrade last week, the iPhone app wont work at all. I cant login through Facebook and it shows me as a guest. Are these updates even tested before they are deployed? I love the game, but this happens frequently.

The notifications often do not work on this app. The gameplay is good, but it is baffling to understand how many failures this out continuously has. The chat feature used to have spellcheck capabilities enabled, but they decided to ditch it. I love the game, but I am baffled as to how EA can continue to mess up the functioning of a rather simple app.

Every few months, it seems to need an update to stay workable through Facebook. Not sure who to blame for that one, but fun when it works the rest of the time.
