After updating it still would not login. I had to delete and install again. Still not being notified. Not refreshing games list without swiping down. In the dictionary and chat, bring back the ability to highlight text/tap and drag the curser in the text boxes. This ability has been missing for a while now and is useful.

Please stop with how-can-we-make-it-worse updates already!

Another version, same issues. Connectivity problems. Inability to nudge and force forfeits. Really took the fun out of a good app 7/18/14 update. Down again. All of my origin games in progress are inaccessible. Irritating. 5/17. Useless game has been inoperable for 2 months. The only way to play is to delete the app and reset it up EVERY time you want to play. Ridiculous. How can this not be resolved yet?

With every update you include a new bug that makes the app worse. Now, it wont load at all. Theres even been a recent update that still didnt fix it. I am done with this game. DONT pay for the premium--itll just get you heartache and frustration.

I was so excited for this update. Now the game has switched to Spanish instead of English. Im ready to give up on Scrabble.

I love the app, but jeeze, after all this time it still crashes, doesnt always connect to Facebook, can be S L O W, freezes, etc. Not happy all the time.

The programming must be one of the least professional on the web. Most of the time login is blocked on either Origin or Facebook. What is the point oh having an app that I cant get to? The EA origin interface is too difficult to log onto. All the games and ratings should be rolled into one account. Stupid and clumsy. If the game itself were not so good, no one would play. It is silly that you cannot switch views, once you have put a tile on the board. Presumably the programmers have enough pride in their work to fix these technical annoyances. Switching views is now possible. It is still stupid that the Origin ratings are separate from the FB ratings. Login problems seem solved. I still do not understand why the EA and FB logins must keep separate ratings. Login problems persist. Really rotten customer service. Embarrassingly poor programming

Love Scrabble, but this app is next to pitiful. Have had to re-install countless times over the past several months. Sometimes that helps, other times not. May work fine for a while, but then suddenly I cant login, or there are no notifications that my opponent has played a turn. This latest update has introduced multiple issues. Only a few words allowed in chat, then the app apparently freezes for a while. Going to the dictionary and then back to the board animates the other players word placement again needlessly, returning any of my newly positioned tiles back to the rack. And the notification issue has not truly been resolved; notifications do appear now, but only AFTER running the app. Huh?! This is ridiculous. Really!

How hard is it for EA sports (worth billions of dollars) to fix the notification issue???

When it works, its great, but I probably have to delete the app and re-download it twice a month to jumpstart it into loading my games. Very buggy. At this point in its development, I wouldnt recommend.

How is it possible to screw this game up? The game was flawless until the Facebook mandated friends play. This occurred several years back. Well, since then its been horrible. Nothing in the game works long. One bug after another. The support is non existent. I wish I could get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another update, wow! Somehow its worse than the one before. Notification dont work......again. One can only assume that the goal of the powers to be want to close the doors. Why else the dismal effort. That or theres one programmer with minimal skills who has been notified that his job has been eliminated in the near future. I have an idea, roll the game back 5 yeats to its infancy, at least it was a functioning game.

The app has been broken for weeks. Completely not allowing me to connect to my games. Theres finally an update, and...its still broken! What greed or incompetence is the explanation? If youre trying to get us to play Words With Friends instead, you couldnt be doing a better job.

why did my avatar disappear with this upgrade? all of the scrabble players on my friends list still have their avatars. please fix this issue with the new version.

If you havent updated to the latest version yet, dont. If the app is working for you, even sporadically, dont update. Now it only returns a constant "network error" message that you cant get past. Completely broken. I cant figure out why they keep f***ing it up.

Update--Im not sure why four years later were still having the same network problems. Logging me out of games and not updating my game count notifications. Youd think with such a big company that these issues wouldnt still be happening, but sadly the same problems persist. Get it together EA! A longtime favorite game on or offline. Program is great, but network issues are frustrating and at their worst overshadow the fun of the game. Would love a dictionary to go with all of the teachers words Ive never heard of.

If you like scrabble then this terrible app is like a punch in the throat. Worst app ever. Almost intentionally dysfunctional
